It really doesn't matter if you wake up at 4 in the morning or at 9, what matters is that you dedicate a good 30-40 minutes to get fresh in which you make sure to work out and meditate a little as well.
Your first slot should be dedicated 6-7 hours. If you have your exams nearby then you need to prioritise your studies only. Having the right priorities at the right time is important.
Just imagine that you have already productively studied for 6-7 hours which is a big chunk of your day. After that you will feel motivated automatically to study more and have a more productive day.
In those hours you need to make sure to not get up from your seat and keep studying. You can definitely take a few breaks for having breakfast or get a coffee but that should be it and you should immediately sit again.
After you are done with your first slot, you should take some rest and your meal and then you should sit again for another 4-5 hours. If you are able to do this then nothing can stop you.
And it is doable, trust me.
Do's and Don'ts
Don't fall for techniques like Pomodoro etc at this point of time. Doesn't matter if you did that before but now it's crucial for you to study for a good number of hours. These things are not going to work. Your one concept is going to take much more time.

Dedicate your 80% of the study time to one subject and the next 20% to another subject. This one simple technique can solve your many issues of confusion.
