CA Intermediate comprises 8 subjects divided into two groups of 4 subjects each. Students can give four papers (one group) at a time Or both the groups together.
It must be remembered that almost 6 papers are completely new to the students and they are getting introduced to these subjects for the first time.

Yes! It is possible to prepare well for both the groups in a time span of 4 months. In fact it's more than sufficient.
The only thing is that all your classes should be over by now or at least in a month from now (if something is left) and still, it's possible.

This is the last time when you decide if you want to attempt one group only or both the groups. Make sure whatever you decide, you stick to it.

It's really important that by now you have completed all your classes and now you are only going to dedicate time to revise everything.

Even if you decide to appear for both groups, still try to cover the syllabus of the first group first. Don't mess both the groups together. When you are finished revising one group then only move to another one.
At this time everything should be going as per the plan with minimum deviations.
Try to cover two subjects at a time and if possible, one theory and one practical. Two subjects can be covered in a span of 12-15 days and then you can move ahead with the next subjects.
Mock Tests are the soul for clearing the exams. No matter how many revisions you do, if you have not time tested yourself you are lacking somewhere.
It's important to give as many mock tests as possible and try to give them at the scheduled time of your exams so that you can understand how your brain functions at that time.
At this point, it's very crucial to devote your maximum time studying and that too in large chunks. If you are studying for two days and then you take a break for the next two days then it most probably won't work.
After all the discussion above, we can clearly see that it's possible to clear both the groups in the time span of 4 months. All you need is proper planning and execution of the plan.
