No external device can be attached for viewing the classes.

Device - Laptop or Desktop

(a ) Operating System

• Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit/64 bit & above, including Windows versions 8, 8.1, 10.
• It does NOT support Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 starter, Windows 7 Basics, Windows 7 N Edition, Windows 7 KN Edition.

(b) Processor & RAM

• If your system has an Intel Atom series processor then it should be Intel Quad Core 1.5 GHz or higher with 2 GB of RAM or higher.
• If your system has any other processor then it should be 2.0 GHz or higher with 2GB of RAM or higher.
• Updated Card Driver should be there in the system.
• Maximum allowed size of the monitor is 24 inches.
•  Please do not use office laptop/desktop (If security features will be installed on the device, will not be acceptable)

It is NOT possible to watch these lectures on the mobile phone, Ipad, television, projector or any other gadget or any external display. 

Internet Requirement

• Google Mode - Internet connection is required for installing the software,  downloading the videos as well as for updating the software.

Technical Details are -

• If 2 or more operating systems have been uploaded on a laptop then the software to watch the lectures can't be installed.
• Once the software is installed on a particular laptop, the lectures can be watched on such a laptop only.
• The user must log in with an Administrator account on a laptop to install the software.
• The students are advised not to update the operating system i.e Window of the laptop after installing the software.

Language of Notes & Lectures

• The faculty uses a mix of English and Hindi language in the lectures.
• Hindi is used as the primary language for the purpose of explanation, and English is used to refer to the terms used in syllabus.
• The notes are provided totally in the English language.

Watch Time

• Views - 3 i.e if a lecture is of 60 minutes then the student can watch it for 180 minutes.
• Opening & Closing of the software is NOT counted as a view.
• Speed can be increased.
• Backward and Forward option is also provided for student convenience.

If a lecture of 60 minutes is watched for 12 minutes and is kept paused for 10 minutes, the software would count the time watched as 12 minutes only.

Serial Key, Delivery and Shipping Charges

• Serial Key will be provided within 7 working days. For serial key, please check out your  MY COURSES on EDU91.
• In case of pendrive mode, notes & pendrive will be dispatched within 2 to 3 days from our end from the date of order placed and the student will receive the packet within 7 to 10 days from the date of dispatch.
• There are no shipping charges on the first time delivery of a packet from our end. But if the packet is returned back due to student fault like wrong address provided, unanswered calls or not available at the provided address etc then the student will have to pay charges as courier charges (for re-dispatch).
• In case you haven't received the order within 10-15 days of placing the order. Kindly contact us on 9810113555 so that we can check the status of your order. Otherwise, it is difficult for us to track your order after 15 days. Hope you understand.

Miscellaneous

• NO screen recording software can be used to record the screen.
• NO remote access tools or screen sharing software (like Anydesk, Teamviewer, Ultraviewer, etc.) can be used.
• Setting up the software (for watching the lectures) is very simple and a student can install the software on his own (which would generally take less than 5 minutes). Demo Video for installing the software and Troubleshooting videos are contained in the folder ‘How to Play Videos’. Watching these videos shall prove to be helpful in installing the software. 
• In case of any misprints or missing pages in any book, we’ll provide a PDF file containing the missing pages.
• The lectures are the intellectual property of Edu91 and copying these lectures by any means shall result in criminal prosecution and civil claim for damages.
• In case of any indiscipline or misbehaviour of any student or other act which is considered as unreasonable by Edu91, the account of such student from backend and software is deactivated.
• By placing the order, you agree to the terms and conditions which are subject to change by Edu91 at its sole discretion and without requiring any intimation of the same, to you.

Consequences of Copying/Buying/Selling/Harming the Videos

• Each & every video is COPYRIGHTED.
• Any kind of hacking or causing any sort of damage to the videos is a PUNISHABLE offence. You are only allowed to watch the videos till the time they are valid.
• It is advisable that you do not share the videos with your friends as at times they try to harm the videos but this act will ultimately put you in trouble.
• Please do NOT try to record the lectures by any other means. If you are found BUYING or SELLING the lectures illegally then you will be liable to pay a heavy amount as compensation and many more LEGAL ACTIONS will be taken.

Cancellation or Return Policy

• Course once subscribed CANNOT be cancelled.
• NO extension will be allowed.
• Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Courses subscribed CANNOT be changed with another course.
• The course is NON TRANSFERABLE.
• Course CANNOT be extended.
• In case of any material defect in the book which brought to our knowledge within 7 days of purchase, the book shall be replaced.
